Within the resort grounds, activities may include:

• From a small group of 10-100
• 5 team building activities to choose from that have the following in:
  • "Where’s my lunch?” (low effort required)
    Fishing from the pond in the resort using traditional tools
  • “Father and Son” (high effort required)
    Cycling within the confines of the resort
    One person to use a regular bicycle, another to use a kiddie bike and go through a course within the resort
  • “Lost and Found” (medium effort required, a lot of presence of mind required!)
    An Orienteering challenge within the resort where a use of a compass and map is essential.
    Number of items to retrieve depends upon the schedule of the event.
  • “Harvest season” (low effort required)
    Harvesting of organic vegetables from specific gardens with the idea of taking the most in 15 minutes keeping in mind that the garden has to be still well kept after the harvest.
  • “Almost Triathletes” (high effort required)
    Relay course within the resort with a 1Km run, 3Km bike and a swim in a cluster pool of 4ft to retrieve an item.

Surrounding the resort, options include:

• “Trails of Ninh Binh”
  20km of cycling/race along the Van Long dike with a spectacular view of the mountains
  Stations are set up to fulfill one activity before moving on to the next. Maybe converted into a relay
• “Picturesque”
  Go around the perimeter of the resort as a team and take specific pictures. The challenge is to complete all the five pictures required and the pictures to be taken can be the actual item or a resemblance thereof. i.e. rabbit: either an actual photo of a rabbit or cloud formation resembling a rabbit or a pool of bubbles by the river resembling a rabbit.
• A tale of two villages
  Team building activities that will take its participants to small charming villages close to the resort easily accessible on foot to do specific tasks.
